By the time Suku is back in his hometown, the news is everywhere, worrying Suku that nobody will marry him. But just then, a runaway bride enters the town and Suku’s life. Will he end up marrying her, or will she find out about his mental hospital trip? Painkili promises a fun and light-hearted watch.

Staying true to its name, the movie explores bromance but in quite a different setting. Binto lives with his parents, while his brother Shinto lives separately from the rest of the family. What happens on this journey forms the plot of the film. Though the makers haven’t revealed the OTT release date yet, it’s set to stream in April.
