For most Indians, the arrival of winter is, in fact, the biggest reason to dive into big bowls of gajar ka halwa. Every Indian household has a special halwa recipe with some beautiful memories attached to it. We don’t want to ruin your attachment to your precious gajar ka halwa recipe.
