Let’s be honest – most of us don’t like the idea of getting out of bed to exercise, but all of us love the idea of having a fit body. So, assemble my lazy girlies because I have a list of exercises that don’t include equipment, jumping or anything else that makes you hate working out. Just lay on your bed and do these exercises while you rethink all your life decisions.

1. Abs and thighs
If you want that thigh gap but are too lazy to work out, these abs and thigh exercises help you achieve that. These exercises keep your legs moving and target your abs muscles. You can either do all of these or choose a handful of them if you are lazy. But remember, if you don’t exercise enough, the results won’t be what you expect.
2. Arms
Trying to get rid of flabby arms? Here are some exercises that not only target the flab but also strengthen your arms. Additionally, they also improve posture and prevent injuries by stabilising the shoulders.
3. Glutes
If you want that juicy booty but can’t break a sweat, these exercises are perfect for you. They will not only make you look better but also help in easing your back and knee pain. They also improve your posture and provide better strength for everyday tasks.
4. Lower back and leg
You don’t need to leave the comfort of your bed for a pain-free lower back and strong legs. These exercises do the hard work by strengthening your glute muscles. Glute muscles help in balancing your body. If you can’t move a lot, these exercises provide a dual benefit. You can do them without much movement, and they also increase mobility.
5. Belly fat
These exercises help you get rid of belly fat while you chill in bed. However, belly fat is the last to leave your body when you’re trying to lose weight. So, don’t be disappointed if you feel like nothing is happening.
6. Full body workout
If you are not specifically targeting any one body part and looking for a full-body workout routine, I have still got your back. This entire workout routine takes less than five minutes and targets all the right places.
