The Something Saucy food truck is a great candidate to consider for your afternoon hunger pangs if you are in Noida. Here’s why it gets our vote:
Tapas With A Twist
Its multi-cuisine tapas menu has something for everyone. There are Chinese and Indian meal boxes that are a quick fix for lunch. For the weight-watchers, there are low-cal options like quinoa and couscous salads. And of course, there is the classic combination of curly fries and burger that appeals to the palette of all age groups.
Fusion With No Confusion
Butter chicken croquettes, anyone? You can tickle your taste buds with amazing fusion concepts such as savoury churros and veg shami kabab with Thai chilli sauce among others. If you favour ramen, then try their soupy ramen jar with fresh veggies.
It’s All Bright and New
Something Saucy was originally serving in Gurgaon since the last 2 years till entrepreneur Bani G. Anand took over it’s operations in June. The truck, which has just relaunched in Noida this week, has been revamped with fun, quirky colours and has a young, vibrant feel to it. (Read: It’ll look great on your Insta feed!)
