The time for New Year resolutions is here again. All of us make big plans for the new year in the form of these resolutions. But they’re nothing more than statements we make when we’re feeling excited about the NYE party. Things said in such a state should not be taken seriously, and they rarely ever are. The plans made in these resolutions are often ambitious and not quite achievable. For example, someone who loves biryani and binge-watching Netflix isn’t going to start working out every day from January 1st. And someone who loves shopping isn’t going to stop all of a sudden. So, instead of making these fantastical plans, we decided to be more realistic this year.
Here are 10 realistic new year resolutions that are achievable and easy. In fact, we think most of you will be able to do these for at least half of 2019. And for those of you who can’t, there’s always 2020.
