Working out is great for your health. But that’s not motivation enough for most of us. After all, who would want to run on a treadmill when you can watch TV on your comfy couch? It takes a lot of effort to get up, get dressed and go to the gym. So if you get effective home workouts which can be done anytime, anywhere, whether you’re at home or on vacation, it becomes a lot easier to stay healthy.
Now, there is no paucity of trainers on Instagram who upload videos of home workouts. However, not all of them are doable for beginners or even effective. Zoe Modgill’s workouts vary from those apt for beginners to those which will take down seasoned athletes too. Don’t get scared though. When you master these moves, you’re going to have a lot of fun seeing what your body was always capable of doing.
