1. Amla ginger shot recipe

Ingredients: 

2-3 fresh amla, sliced

1-inch ginger, grated

7-8 curry leaves, washed

1/4 cup water

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp honey

Method:

In a blender, add sliced amla, grated ginger, black pepper, and water. Blend the ingredients until smooth. Strain the mixture to extract the juice. Transfer the juice to a glass and add some honey. Mix the ingredients well and drink the amla ginger shot on an empty stomach every morning. Drink the shot at least 3-4 times a week for the best results.

2. Collagen black sesame latte recipe

Ingredients:

3-inch ginger, sliced

4 cups water

1/2 tbsp kakavi (readymade blackstrap molasses)

1 tbsp black sesame paste

1/4 cup almond milk

1 tbsp amla powder

1 shot espresso

Method:

Heat some water in a saucepan, add ginger, and bring it to a boil. After 10-12 minutes, strain the mixture to extract the ginger tea. Now, brew the espresso shot and set it aside. In a blender, add black sesame paste, kakaviamla powder, milk, and half a cup of hot ginger tea. You can adjust the quantity of ginger tea to your preference. Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy. Transfer the blended mixture to a glass and add the espresso shot. Mix the ingredients well and enjoy the warm black sesame latte.

3. Carrot and orange juice recipe

Ingredients:

1 red carrot, peeled and diced

1 orange, peeled and sliced

1/2 tbsp lemon juice

1 cup water

2-3 curry leaves

1-inch ginger, peeled and sliced

1/2 tsp chia seeds, soaked

1 tsp cold-pressed virgin coconut oil

Method:

In a blender, add orange slices, diced carrot, curry leaves, ginger, and water. Blend the ingredients until smooth. Strain the mixture to extract the juice. Transfer the drink to a glass and add lemon juice, soaked chia seeds, and cold-pressed virgin coconut oil. Mix the ingredients well, and the carrot orange juice is ready to be served. Drink the juice every morning for 4-5 weeks to easily boost hair growth at home.

4. Cinnamon hot chocolate recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup almond milk

1 tbsp honey

2 tbsp dark hot chocolate powder (gut-friendly, plant-based)

1/2 tbsp flaxseed powder

A pinch of cardamom powder

1/2 tsp cinnamon powder

A pinch of nutmeg powder

1 tsp cold-pressed virgin coconut oil

Method:

In a saucepan, heat some almond milk and add honey. Now, add nutmeg, cinnamon, cardamom, flaxseed, and hot chocolate powder. Pour the cold-pressed virgin coconut oil and simmer the mixture for 4-5 minutes. Drink the warm cinnamon hot chocolate every night to have luscious hair in winter. The gut-friendly dark hot chocolate will help reduce stress and ease digestion. This will prevent hair fall caused by stress hormones. Flaxseed powder works as collagen to add protein to your hair. Cinnamon and nutmeg will not only elevate the taste but also keep your scalp healthy.

5. Superfood milk recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup roasted makhana

10-12 roasted walnuts

1 tsp flaxseed powder

1 tbsp roasted chana powder (gram flour)

2 tbsp date sugar or jaggery powder

1 tsp roasted pumpkin seeds

2 tbsp desiccated coconut

1 tbsp raw cacao powder

1 tsp roasted melon seeds

1/2 tsp roasted sesame seeds

1/4 tsp cinnamon powder

1 cup almond milk

Method:

In a blender, add the roasted makhana, chana powder, and walnuts. Now, add flaxseed powder, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, melon seeds, desiccated coconut, date sugar, and raw cacao. Blend the ingredients into a fine powder. Transfer the blended mixture to an air-tight container. In a saucepan, heat some almond milk and add two tablespoons of the blended mixture. Add some cinnamon powder and mix the ingredients well. Drink the warm superfood milk in the morning or at night. Try this drink recipe at home to boost your hair growth this winter.
