1. Bas Kar Bassi

Stand-up comedian Anubhav Singh Bassi is coming to your screens soon with his special Bas Kar Bassi. The show will take the audience through Bassi’s life and career and the numerous questionable choices he made. Filled with his witty charm and hard-hitting humour, Bas Kar Bassi is one February 2023 OTT release you need to add to your watchlist.

2. Black Panther: Wakanda Forever

The highly anticipated Black Panther: Wakanda Forever is finally making its way to OTT in February 2023. The Marvel sequel takes place after the death of the king of Wakanda, T’Challa. In the wake of T’Challa’s death, Queen Ramonda, his sister Shuri, and his partner Nakia, along with Okoye and M’Baku, grieve his loss and look for a way to keep their kingdom standing. This emotional movie pays homage to the late Chadwick Boseman who played the titular role in the first installment.

3. Class

The hit Spanish show Elite is getting an Indian makeover. Three students from a poor neighbourhood join the posh Hampton International School, the school for Delhi’s elite. As the three join the upper echelon, there’s friction, secrets, rumours, and ultimately, murder.

4. Jehanabad: Of Love and War

Based on a true story, Jehanabad is set in the backdrop of a jailbreak after a Naxal attack. Set in a crime-infested town in Bihar, 372 inmates escaped from the Jehanabad jail. At the same time, love is brewing between a college professor and his student which collides with the anarchy of the land. The show stars Ritwik Bhowmik, Parambrata Chatterjee, Harshita Gaur, and Rajat Kapoor in lead roles.

5. You S4 Part 1

The serial killing Professor is back in a brand-new season. In the first part of the latest season, Joe Goldberg is starting over in London. He believes he can find redemption after finding love, obsessing over it, and subsequently killing his love. Joe Goldberg is now Jonathan Moore living under a guise in London and looking for Marienne, who ran away when she found his truth. As Joe tries to bury his past and start anew, a new obsession takes hold, threatening to unravel everything. Penn Badgley and Tati Gabrielle return as Joe and Marienne respectively. Lukas Cage, Charlotte Ritchie, Tilly Keeper, Amy-Leigh Hickman, and Ed Speleers also join the cast this season. For fans of You, you shouldn’t be missing this February OTT release.

6. Farzi

Shahid Kapoor makes his OTT debut in this February 2023 release. Also starring Vijay Sethupathi, Kay Kay Menon, Kubbra Sait, and Regina Cassandra, Farzi promises to be an edge-of-the-seat thriller. Kapoor stars as a small-time artist who is working out of his grandfather’s printing press. He designs a con job that’s tailored to him and gets pulled into the high-stakes world of all that it entails. A fiery task force officer is on a mission to put a stop to his con and rid the country of his menace.

7. Lost

Lost is a thriller headlined by Yami Gautam Dhar and also stars Pankaj Kapur, Rahul Khanna, and Neil Bhoopalam. The investigative thriller follows a young crime reporter who is investigating the case of a missing theatre artist. Written by Shyamal Sengupta, Lost promises to keep you hooked till the end.

8. The Night Manager

Another adaptation on the list, The Night Manager is a remake of the British TV series of the same name. Starring Anil Kapoor and Aditya Roy Kapoor, they will be taking on the roles originally portrayed by Hugh Laurie and Tom Hiddleston respectively. Aditya takes on the mantle of a former soldier and hotel manager who infiltrates an arms dealer’s gang to avenge his girlfriend’s death. The six-episode limited series also stars Sobhita Dhulipala, Tillotama Shome, Saswata Chatterjee, and Ravi Behl in prominent roles.

9. The Romantics

If there’s one filmmaker who screams romance in Bollywood, it’s Yash Chopra. The Romantics is a docu-series that’s a celebration of Yash Raj Films, Yash Chopra and his legacy. The series takes you through three generations of Bollywood movies by Yash Chopra and how Bollywood movies have evolved over time. The docu-series will have Rishi Kapoor, Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Rani Mukerji, Ranbir Kapoor, Bhumi Pednekar and Ranveer Singh, among others, talking about the late filmmaker Yash Chopra.
