A three-day fashion extravaganza graced the city with Little Tags Luxury Delhi Times Fashion Week. From gorgeous Indian silhouettes to subtle glamour, bohemian vibes to intricately crafted pieces, the fashion week saw some of the best in Delhi style. Here are some of our favourite looks from various designers.
1. Rocky Star
Rocky Star opened the Little Tags Luxury Delhi Times Fashion Week. Rocky’s collection was all about festivity. Subtle tones, pastel colours, brocade, and embroidery ruled the ramp. Here are some of our favourites from the Rocky S collection.
Amyra Dastur was the showstopper in a gorgeous statement blouse and matching skirt in gold. She looked all glammed up without going overboard, and we love it.
2. Anupamaa Dayal
Anupamaa Dayal showcased her Cinhumma 22 collection at DTFW. She painted the runway with striking colours, bold stripes, and floral prints. Dayal’s collection was resplendent with the beauty of the wilderness.
3. Label Rituparno
Designer Manisha Rituparna, with Label Rituparno’s collection, was a breath of fresh air. Her immaculate collection was a fusion of Indo-western cultures. Her designs were influenced by the age-old traditions and ancient folklore of India.
4. Marks and Spencer
Marks and Spencer rocked the runway with their fusion collection that was a blend of traditional patterns and modern designs. Popular B-town couple Neha Dhupia and Angad Bedi walked the ramp for M&S. Neha looked splendid in an embroidered round neck dress, while Angad looked dashing in a velvet blazer, shirt, and trousers.
5. IWP Academy
The students of IWP Academy paid tribute to the handwoven techniques found in different parts of the country. The collection showcased subtle glamour and elegant silhouettes. It is aimed at promoting Indian textiles, and the designs are replete with mirror work, thread embroidery, block printing, and indigo shades.
6. Suneet Varma
Suneet Varma was the grand finale of the Delhi Times Fashion Week. And the audience was left stunned by Varma’s ‘Noor’ collection! Dreamy lehengas, elaborate headgear, and sensual bridal wear dominated the ramp. Nitibha Kaul and LIVA Miss Diva Supranational 2021 Ritika Khatnani were the showstoppers for Varma.
