1. Strawberry basil water

Ingredients:
10-12 fresh strawberries
2 lemon wedges
1 lemon, freshly squeezed juice
A handful of fresh basil leaves
Method:
Take a 1-litre glass jar, add all the ingredients together, and mix nicely. Using a wooden spoon, crush the strawberries and basil leaves to release their flavours. Refrigerate this overnight, or for at least three hours, to allow the flavours to mix.
2. Cucumber lemon water

Ingredients:
1 whole cucumber, diced
2 lemons
A handful of basil leaves
1 spoon honey
Method:
Take a 1-litre glass jar or pitcher and fill it with filtered water. To this, add the cucumber and basil leaves, and squeeze in the juice from the lemons. Mix all of it and add some honey. Refrigerate overnight or at least for three to four hours. An easy detox water recipe!
3. Berries infused water

10-12 blueberries
15 raspberries
10 strawberries
1 kiwi
2 lemons
A handful of basil leaves
A pinch of cinnamon
1 cup sparkling water
Method:
Get a 1-litre glass jar or pitcher and fill 3/4th of it with filtered water. Next, add the fruits in it except kiwi. Using a spoon, crush the berries a little, stir well, and add kiwi, basil, and cinnamon. Refrigerate this overnight, and add chilled sparkling water when it is ready.
4. Lemon, apple cider, and aloe vera water

1-2 cups water
1 lemon, juiced and sliced
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp aloe vera
3 tsp honey
A handful of mint and basil leaves
Method:
Add all the ingredients to a glass jar or pitcher and mix well. You can either use hot water and drink it immediately, or keep it in the refrigerator overnight and enjoy chilled.

2 litres filtered water
2 lemons, sliced
1 orange, sliced
