1. Plain jeera water

Ingredients:

1 tbsp jeera

1 glass water

Method: 

Soak some jeera overnight in a glass of water. Once you wake up, stir the drink well. Strain the jeera to get cumin flavoured water. Drink it on an empty stomach for the maximum benefits of this jeera water recipe.

2. Jeera saunf water

Ingredients:

1 tbsp jeera

1 tbsp saunf (fennel seeds)

1 and 1/2 glasses water

1 tsp lemon juice

Black salt to taste

Ingredients: 

In a saucepan, heat some water and add jeera and saunf. Bring the mixture to a boil and pour it into a glass. Add lemon juice and black salt to taste. Stir the mixture, and the jeera saunf water is ready to be served.

3. Honey jeera water

Ingredients:

1 tbsp jeera

1 tbsp honey

1 glass water

Method:

Boil the water in a saucepan on a medium flame and add jeera to it. Transfer the liquid to a glass and add honey. Stir the mixture well and consume the drink on an empty stomach in the morning.

4. Ginger jeera water

Ingredients:

1 tbsp jeera

1 tbsp ginger, grated

1 glass water

Method:

In a saucepan, heat some water on a medium flame. Add jeera and grated ginger to it. Bring the liquid to a boil and transfer it to a glass. Drink the ginger jeera water at lukewarm temperature.

5. Jeera herbal tea

1 tbsp jeera

1/2 tbsp saunf

1 tsp cinnamon

A pinch of cardamom

1 tbsp honey

1 and 1/2 glasses water

Method:

Heat some water in a saucepan on a medium flame. Add jeerasaunf, cardamom, honey, and cinnamon. Bring the liquid to a boil and transfer it to a cup. Serve the jeera herbal tea hot.
