1. Palak, Green Apple and Ginger Juice
Ingredients:
1 cup roughly chopped palak (washed and drained)
1/2 inch piece of ginger, roughly chopped
1 cup roughly chopped green apple slices
A couple of mint leaves (washed and torn)
A dash of honey or sweetener of choice, if required
1 cup chilled water
Method:
Wash all the ingredients and roughly cut them per the ingredients list. Then take a blender or juicer and add all the fruits and vegetables in it. Blend it for a minute or two and then add chilled water to the blender. Now, you can strain the juice if you like or pour it into a glass as it is. Add a dash of honey or any other sweetener, if required, and enjoy a healthy and refreshing drink.
2. Karela and Apple Juice
Ingredients:
1/2 cup peeled and chopped karela/bitter gourd pieces
1 handful fresh coriander leaves
2 tsp lemon juice
1 apple roughly chopped
1/2 tsp rock salt (optional)
200 ml water
Method:
In a mixer-grinder jar, add bitter gourd pieces, chopped green coriander leaves, lemon juice, and salt. Blend them together to make a smooth paste. Once done, add water and blend it again. Then take a sieve, strain the juice, and serve the juice immediately. This is one of the best vegetable juices for weight loss and also helps in controlling blood pressure and diabetes.
3. Beetroot and Amla Juice
Ingredients:
1 cup beetroot, chopped
1 cup amla, diced
1/2 inch fresh ginger, roughly chopped
5-6 mint leaves
1/2 tsp roasted jeera powder
1/2 tsp black salt
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp honey
1 cup water
Method:
In a blender, add the chopped beetroot, amla, ginger, and pudina leaves and blend until smooth. Next, add water, roasted jeera powder, black salt, lemon juice, and honey, and blend again. Strain and serve in a tall glass.
4. Carrot, Ginger and Apple Juice
Ingredients:
3-4 carrots, roughly chopped
1 apple, roughly chopped
1-inch piece of ginger, peeled
Salt and pepper
1 cup water
Method:
Wash the carrots and apple under cold water and roughly chop them along with ginger. Put them into a juicer or blender and blend till the mix comes to a smooth consistency. Now, add 1 glass of water and sieve the juice in a glass. Sprinkle it with salt and pepper and enjoy one of the easiest vegetable juices for weight loss.
5. Palak and Pineapple Juice
Ingredients:
2 cups palak, torn and washed
2 cups pineapple chunks
1 green apple roughly sliced
1/2 cucumber roughly chopped
1/2 peeled lemon
1 cup water
Method:
Start by washing and peeling all the ingredients and adding them to a juicer or blender. Blend them till everything is processed and then add a cup of water. You can either sieve the juice or have it as it is. Pour it into a glass and consume immediately.
6. Celery and Apple Juice
Ingredients:
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 cucumber, roughly chopped
1 apple, chopped
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup water or more if required
Method:
The combination of celery and apple is one of the best vegetable juices for weight loss. So, put all the ingredients in a blender and process to a fine consistency. Add water to the juice and blend it again. Then strain the juice in a glass, sprinkle some salt and pepper, and enjoy.
7. Palak and Orange Juice

1 orange peeled
