4 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup finely diced red onion
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
8 cups diced watermelon
2 cups fresh blueberries
1/4 cup roughly chopped fresh mint leaves
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
Method:
Take a large bowl and whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, and diced red onion. Add the diced watermelon, blueberries, mint, and feta cheese to the bowl. Gently toss to coat, and serve right away.

1 cup uncooked quinoa
1 and 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
1 cup blackberries
1/4 cup honey
1 cup blueberries
1 diced mango
2 tbsp lime juice

Method:

1 chopped pineapple
2 cups green grapes
1 cup quartered strawberries
1 cup blueberries
2 chopped oranges
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
4 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla essence
Method:

500 grams chopped strawberries
1 and 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
500 grams chopped pineapple
1 and 1/2 cups halved red grapes
4 peeled and chopped kiwis
3 oranges
2 sliced bananas
1/4 cup honey
2 tsp lime zest
1 and 1/2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

450 grams chopped strawberries
1 cup blueberries
3 chopped peaches
1/2 watermelon, chopped

For the salad:
4 cups chilled watermelon
1 and 1/2 cups chilled and diced English cucumber
1/2 cup sliced onions
3 tbsp chopped cilantro
3 tbsp torn basil
For the dressing:
3 tbsp pomegranate juice
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp black pepper ground

1 whole pineapple, cubed
