Ingredients:

1 beetroot, peeled and sliced

4-5 mint leaves

2-3 neem leaves

4-5 coriander leaves

2-3 curry leaves

1 glass water

Method:

In a blender, add beetroot, curry leaves, neem leaves, mint leaves, and coriander leaves. Add a glass of water and blend the ingredients properly. Strain out the pulp and transfer the juice to a glass. Drink the juice daily for a minimum of three months before your wedding for the best results.

2. Retinol juice recipe

2 orange carrots, chopped

1/2 tbsp lemon juice

1-inch ginger

2 oranges, peeled

2 sweet lemons (mausambi), peeled

3-4 mint leaves

Method:

In a food processor, add orange carrots, oranges, sweet lemons, and ginger. Blend the ingredients properly and transfer the mixture to a glass. 1/2 bottle gourd, peeled and chopped

amla, peeled and chopped

3-4 mint leaves

2-3 curry leaves

1-2 basil leaves

1/2 glass water

Method:

In a blender, add bottle gourd, amla, mint leaves, curry leaves, and basil leaves. Strain the pulp and transfer the juice to a glass. Drinking the juice every morning on an empty stomach will rejuvenate your skin. But you must ensure that the bottle gourd isn’t bitter as it can cause gastrointestinal issues.

4. Pure green smoothie recipe

1 cup kale leaves, stems removed

1 cup cucumber, peeled and sliced

1/2 green apple, peeled and sliced

1 cup coconut water

1/2 avocado, peeled

1 tsp lemon juice

Method: 

In a juicer, blend kale leaves, cucumber, green apple, and avocado. Add some coconut water and lemon juice. Blend again.
