Punjabi-Canadian rapper AP Dhillon is all set to invite the world into his life through a new documentary. Directed by Jay Ahmed, AP Dhillon: First Of A Kind will showcase Dhillon’s journey from a small town in Punjab to British Columbia in Canada. This entire musical journey of this contemporary artist will give a new look into Punjabi hip-hop.

2. Heartstopper S2

After the heartwarming and swoon-worthy first season, Heartstopper is back with Nick and Charlie’s teenage romance. The second season will give us a further look into their relationship, as well as Nick’s woes with coming out. Charlie is also determined to help make Nick’s coming out less traumatic than his own. Apart from this beloved couple, we will also see the blooming romance of Tao and Elle as well as new challenges in Tara and Darcy’s relationship. Joe Locke, Kit Connor, William Gao, and Yasmin Finney reprise their roles as Charlie Spring, Nick Nelson, Tao Xu, and Elle Argent respectively.

3. Only Murders in the Building S3

Steven Martin, Martin Scott, and Selena Gomez are back to solve murders in a brand-new season of Only Murders in the Building. When a Broadway star dies onstage, the suspect is none other than his co-star, alongside various other theatre actors. Charles, Oliver, and Mabel dig deeper into the crime to solve the case. The third season will see Paul Rudd and Meryl Streep joining the cast along with the original trio.

4. Made in Heaven S2

After making the audience wait for an eternity, Zoya Akhtar and Reema Kagti’s Made in Heaven is back with the second season. Karan and Tara are all set to plan grander weddings in the changing times. Made in Heaven is undoubtedly the most anticipated OTT release of August 2023.

Alia Bhatt’s Hollywood debut, Heart of Stone is one of the most anticipated August 2023 OTT releases. The spy action thriller is led by Gal Gadot and also stars Jamie Dornan. International Intelligence Agent Rachel Stone is on a mission to protect a mysterious asset codenamed ‘The Heart’. Stone is the only one who stands between the global, peacekeeping organisation and the loss of its most valuable, yet dangerous, asset.

6. Red, White & Royal Blue

Red, White & Royal Blue is based on the book of the same name by Casey McQuiston. The movie follows the son of the President of the United States and a British Prince as they fall in love. The lead characters Alex Claremont-Diaz and Prince Henry are portrayed by Taylor Zakhar Perez and Nicholas Galitzine respectively. This enemies-to-lovers story is all set to make your heart flutter come August.

7. Commando

Based on the Commando movies, the series with the same name will be made by the original creator, Vipul Amrutlal Shah. The series will be led by a new actor, Prem, and will be an action-packed series of bravery, patriotism, and brotherhood. Adah Sharma, Vaibhav Tatwawadi, Shreya Singh Chaudhry, Amit Tigmanshu Dhulia, Sial, Mukesh Chhabra, and Ishteyak Khan will also be a part of the series.

9. Taali

Taali has been in the works for quite some time now, and it is finally releasing in August 2023. Taali chronicles the journey of Shreegauri Sawant, one of the pioneer trans activists in India, and her fight for India’s third gender. Sushmita Sen takes on the lead role in the series, and it also stars Nitish Rathore, Ankur Bhatia, Krutika Deo, Aishwarya Narkar, Hemangi Kavi, and Shaan Kakkar in key roles.
