Surekha Sikri, a legendary actor whose work appealed across generations, passed away on July 16 due to a cardiac arrest at the age of 75. Among her many other achievements, Surekha Sikri was widely known for her role as dadi sa on the hit Indian television show Balika Vadhu. Over the decades, the actor has been lauded for her unmatched talent and memorable work as a theatre artist and television and film actor.
