So, if you want to have a healthy breakfast and not give up your cheap thrills, here is the perfect solution — yogurt bowls. This gut-friendly, delicious, and healthy meal gives a jumpstart to your day with the least effort. Here are some yogurt recipes for breakfast that are quick, easy, and yummy!

1. Superfood Breakfast Yogurt Bowl

Ingredients:

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/2 tbsp flaxseeds

1 tbsp almond butter

1/2 tbsp chia seeds

2 tbsp granola

1 cup assorted fresh fruit (sliced strawberries + bananas, blueberries, etc.)

1/2 tbsp honey

A sprinkle of coconut flakes

Method:

Soak the chia seeds in water or yogurt overnight. In the morning, take a bowl and scoop out the yogurt in it. Lightly whisk the yogurt and top it off with the rest of the ingredients.

2. Blueberries and Pumpkin Seeds Yogurt Bowl

Ingredients:

1 cup Greek yogurt

1/2 cup blueberries

1 tsp chia seeds, soaked overnight

2 tbsp pumpkin seeds

1 tsp ground flaxseed

Method:

Scoop out the yogurt in a bowl and whisk it lightly. Add the rest of the ingredients and sprinkle a little salt, if you like, on top of the seeds.

3. Blueberry Muffin Granola Breakfast Bowl

Blueberry muffins

Granola (you can use homemade granola)

Plain Greek yogurt

Fresh fruit (fresh berries, bananas, passion fruit, pineapple, mango)

1/2 sliced avocado, optional

A handful of nuts + seeds (hemp seeds, chia seeds, pollen seeds, almonds, pistachios)

Honey or maple syrup for drizzling

Edible flowers (optional)

Method:

Take a bowl, spoon out the yogurt, and whisk it lightly. To this, add crushed muffins and granola and mix well. Now, top it off with fruits, seeds, and nuts. An easy and delicious yogurt recipe!

4. Peanut Butter and Banana Greek Yogurt

1 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt

1/2 cup whole-grain cereal

1 small banana

1 tbsp peanut butter

Method:

Place the yogurt and cereal into a bowl and sprinkle the flaxseed on top of the yogurt. Slice the banana over the other ingredients, drizzle peanut butter, and sprinkle a pinch of brown sugar on top.

5. Raspberry Chocolate Chip Breakfast Bowl

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/2 tbsp granola

1 tsp chocolate chips

1/2 cup raspberries

1 tsp chia seeds, soaked overnight

1 tsp honey

Method:

In a bowl, add the yogurt along with the rest of the ingredients and serve cold. You can also serve this as a cold dessert and earn some massive chef points.

6. Strawberry Coconut Breakfast Bowl

1 cup of Greek yogurt

1/2 tbsp sunflower seeds

1 tbsp coconut milk

2 tbsp natural peanut butter

1 tsp maple syrup

5 sliced strawberries

1 tbsp chia seeds, soaked overnight

1/2 tbsp hemp seeds

1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut

Method:

Mix yogurt, coconut milk, and maple syrup together in a medium bowl. Top it with sliced strawberries, chia seeds, coconut, hemp seeds, sunflower seeds, and peanut butter.

7. Strawberry Cheesecake Yogurt Bowl

3/4 cup strawberry yogurt

1/2 cup fresh blackberries or other mixed berries of choice

2 tbsp chopped white chocolate

3 tbsp crushed biscuit crumbs

1 tsp honey or pure maple syrup, optional

1 tsp honey or pure maple syrup
