An uncalled for sequel of Pati Patni Aur Woh

Hellbent on getting her ex-husband back, she and Antara fight for Ankur. Who will get the guy in this love battle?
Is Mere Husband Ki Biwi worth watching?

While the movie feels generic, it doesn’t bore you to death. Although it will entertain you in bits and pieces, it will keep you engaged throughout. Arjun’s performance compensates for the weak plot. He delivers good comic timing in the movie along with some emotional bits. However, Bhumi and Rakulpreet become the side actors in their lead roles. They are reduced to jealous girlfriends who forget their ambitions. Both of them run after a man who is confused about who he really loves.
Mere Husband Ki Biwi also marks the Bollywood debut of the popular comedian, Harsh Gujral. And he aces it by just being himself. Other actors in supporting roles include Shakti Kapoor, Dino Morea, Aditya Seal, Kanwaljit Singh, Anita Raj and Kavita Kapoor. Their acting spices up the bland script of the movie.
A moment for Ankur and Rehaan’s bromance
This duo stands out in the movie, sometimes overpowering the romance between Dhillon, Chaddha, and Khanna. Ankur and Rehaan’s chemistry is worth sitting through the entire film. Rehaan represents a best friend who won’t leave his Baby aka Ankur in tough situations. But will he also joke about his friend’s nonsensical decisions? Hell, yes. Rehaan knows everything about relationships without being in any. While he keeps giving free relationship advice to Ankur, the latter continues to follow but regrets them later. Their friendship feels relatable and adds to the film’s comic element.
Mere Husband Ki Biwi is now running in theatres.
