Chicken is one of the most efficient and versatile sources of lean protein, making it a staple for anyone focused on fitness, weight management, or simply eating well. I included chicken in my diet with this exact thought, but it became monotonous quickly. And that’s when I came across chicken marinades. They make the chicken flavourful, juicy, and fun to eat. If you’re also bored of eating those same chicken dishes, here are some high-protein chicken marinades you should definitely try.
