2 tbsp roasted black sesame seed powder

1/2 cup water

1 tsp readymade collagen powder

2 tsp honey

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup almond milk

Method:

In a saucepan, add water and black sesame seed powder. Stir the mixture until it’s lump-free, slightly thick, and glossy. Add some milk, honey, and vanilla extract. Gently heat the mixture for two to four minutes; do not boil. Turn off the heat. Transfer the mixture to a bowl, add the collagen powder, and whisk until completely dissolved. For a café-like texture, use a frother to make a smooth, creamy froth. Pour the black sesame latte into a mug and enjoy it warm every morning.

2. Iced black sesame latte recipe

1 cup cold oat milk

1 tsp unflavoured, readymade collagen powder

1 cup ice cubes

Method:

In a saucepan, add water and black sesame seed powder. Stir the mixture until it’s lump-free, slightly thick, and glossy. Turn off the heat. In a bowl, add the black sesame seed paste, collagen powder, vanilla extract, and honey. Whisk the ingredients until fully dissolved. Let the mixture cool at room temperature, then refrigerate it for 10-15 minutes. In a glass, add ice cubes, pour the chilled black sesame base and some cold oat milk. Stir well and enjoy the iced black sesame latte.
