We spoke to Mumbai-based Vastu consultant Isha Sinhal to recommend some lucky colours for each zodiac sign based on their ruling planet. Here’s what she suggests.

According to Isha, each planet governing the zodiac signs radiates an energy which is reflected through its symbolic colour. These shades are not just visual preferences in our lives. “They carry vibrations that enhance our natural strengths and bring emotional balance,” says the Vastu expert. But do you know how to use these colours to attract love, happiness, and success?

It’s easy to incorporate these colours into daily life. Isha suggests you simply wear outfits in specific shades or include these hues in interiors and workspaces. Following your zodiac sign’s lucky colour will naturally align your energy with your ruling planet’s strengths. “Think of it as a subtle but powerful shift in how you show up every day,” Isha says.

1. Mars: Aries and Scorpio

Lucky colour: Red

Ruled by Mars, both Aries and Scorpio share intense passion, action, and determination in their lives. Isha suggests incorporating more red hues into your daily life. If you’re an Aries, red will energise you to take bold steps. “For Scorpios, the shade will help them in embracing transformation with courage and intensity,” Isha says. 

2. Moon: Cancer

Lucky colour: White/Silver

The Moon rules emotions, intuition, and nurturing. According to Vastu, the light shades of white and silver bring peace, sensitivity, and emotional balance. “This calming effect is what Cancerians deeply resonate with,” Isha says.

3. Mercury: Gemini and Virgo

Lucky colour: Green

Mercury governs intellect, logic, and expression. This is why Virgos are more analytical and Geminis are communicative. So, Isha suggests these zodiac signs use shades of green to increase clarity, concentration, and liveliness.

4. Sun: Leo

Lucky colour: Red/Orange

The Sun symbolises vitality, leadership, and personal power, Leo’s defining character traits. For Leos, the Vastu expert recommends using red and orange colours as they are considered lucky. “These shades will boost your confidence, warmth, and creative spark, helping you shine fearlessly,” Isha explains. 

5. Venus: Taurus and Libra

Lucky colour: White/Pink/Pastel Blue

Ruled by Venus, both Taurus and Libra represent beauty, luxury, and relationships. Colours including white, pink, and pastel blue help these zodiac signs in different ways. According to Isha, if you’re a Taurus, these soft hues will help you find sensual comforts. If you’re a Libra, using these colours will bring out your elegant charm and desire for harmony. 

6. Jupiter: Sagittarius and Pisces

Lucky colour: Yellow

Ruled by Jupiter, star signs Pisces and Sagittarius are big on expansion, learning, and wisdom. The vibrancy of yellow inspires joy, growth, and a higher sense of purpose, according to Isha. This colour perfectly resonates with the visionary Sagittarius and spiritually attuned Pisces. 

7. Saturn: Capricorn and Aquarius

Lucky colour: Blue/Navy Blue/Grey

Saturn brings structure, discipline, and long-term vision. The Vastu expert recommends that Capricorn and Aquarius folks include lucky colours like blue, grey, and navy blue. “These darker hues will foster stability, focus, and inner resilience, which are centric to Capricorn’s drive and Aquarius’s innovation,” Isha explains.
