June was celebrated around the world as Pride Month this year. From colourful parades living up to tradition to small, first-time pride marches in conservative cities, Pride Month was all about tolerance, acceptance and defiance for some. While New York hosted one of the biggest Pride marches in the world, Amritsar saw its first ever Pride march this year.
