The trailer begins with a shot of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj’s headgear resting on a pedestal as he’s left for the heavenly abode. It then shifts to Aurangzeb saying, “Sher nahin raha, lekin chhaava toh abhi bhi jungle mein ghoom raha hai.” Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj (Vicky Kaushal) is all set to avenge his father’s death as he continues to kill his enemies. But he hasn’t met Aurangzeb yet, who’s already waiting to spill Sambhaji’s blood. The story progresses with Rashmika Mandanna as Yesubai Bhonsale, who is confident of her husband, Sambhaji. Will Sambha kill Aurangzeb or let Shivaji Maharaj’s efforts go in vain?
The trailer reveals Vicky Kaushal’s never-seen-before look, and it is bound to amaze you. His powerful aura and back-to-back action sequences promise epic entertainment for the audience. Along with him, South Indian actress Rashmika Mandanna seems to have nailed the Maharashtrian role, and her chemistry with Vicky Kaushal has left the viewers curious. But that’s not it, Akshaye Khanna has finally made a comeback to Bollywood through the iconic character of Aurangzeb and we can’t wait to see him back on the big screen.
Chhava‘s trailer has set the stage for drama and action. The extraordinary visuals have created significant excitement among the fans. Directed by Laxman Utekar, the movie will release on February 14, 2025.
